Got questions?
When you create an organisation, you get 30 days of full access to every feature with no limits. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, the account will be locked until a subscription is set up. Your data is preserved so you can pick up right where you left off.
We use per-seat pricing, billed monthly. Your bill is based on the maximum number of active users in your organisation during each billing period, subject to a minimum seat threshold.
Most teams are up and running in under five minutes. A setup wizard guides you through the basics, and you can invite your team individually or in bulk via CSV import.
Off The Clock includes annual leave, sick leave, compassionate leave, maternity/paternity leave, and a general "other" category. You can toggle each type on or off to match your organisation's policies.
We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, with data stored in the EU. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We never store your card details directly.
If your subscription lapses, your account is locked but your data is preserved for 90 days so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off. Organisation owners can also delete the account at any time from Settings, which will permanently and immediately remove all data.
Yes. Organisation owners can configure SAML-based SSO with any compatible identity provider. Once enabled, you can enforce SSO for all users while owners retain password access as a fallback.
